Most Orders take 1-2 Business days to process and leave our warehouse. The
actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method that you choose at the
time of checkout. If your order is a rush order, and time is of the essense,
please contact us at (866) 725-1174 to confirm the shipping date.
Please use this number to place orders, follow-ups, stock availability, product
information, shipping and questions or changes to existing orders.
Working hours are
(9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST Monday-Friday, Saturday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm EST).
Please mail completed order form to On Stage Capezio, 197 Madison Ave, New
York, NY 10016. Please note the following guidelines for mail in orders. If it
is an urgent order, please call the Customer Service department for stock
availability before mailing your order. Please allow 24-48 hours to process
your order after we receive it.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Orders may be
shipped C.O.D. for an additional charge of $10.00. If you want to pay by check
or money order you must mail in your order with payment.
We have access to thousands of additional items not listed on our website. If
you are interested in dance wear not listed on our websites, please call and
talk to a Customer Service Agent. We will make every effort to meet all your
dance needs. We also have all the basics for recitals and performances. Special
orders not listed on our website are not returnable or refundable.
The prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Our prices are
up to 30% below manufacturer's suggested retail prices. In the event of price
changes by our manufacturers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices
accordingly. Some shoes in large sizes may have higher prices than listed,
please call for information.
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. In the event we are temporarily
out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will sent out "in stock" products
and the balance of the order will follow as soon as possible. Back orders older
than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special
circumstances. International orders will be charged full shipping charges on
back orders. Please specify if you would like your order shipped complete only.
