How soon will my order ship?
Most Orders take 1-2 Business days to process and leave our warehouse. The
actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method that you choose at the
time of checkout. If your order is a rush order, and time is of the essense,

I have a resale account with On Stage Dance Wear, can I order on the site?
At this time we suggest that our resale accounts continue to call their orders
in and not order via the site so that their sales tax exemption status can be
verified.

We are a United States based company, all of our transactions are conducted in
US Dollars.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please be aware that if you wish to cancel or change your order every effort
will be made to attempt this, however your order may have already been shipped.
If you wish to attempt to cancel or change your order please contact customer
service immediately. If your order has shipped we will not be able to change or

Do you charge sales tax on orders? We are located in New York
City, therefore we charge the applicable New York sales tax ONLY
to orders that are shipped to New York addresses. All other orders
are NOT charged sales tax.
