80% Nylon, 20% Spandex
Convertible tunic skirt/dress has a gathered bodice/waist with an uneven hem skirt and front drape. Attached ties can be tied at neck or waist. Clear elastic neck/shoulder straps have four placement points for a secure fit. The fabric has an iridescent finish with hologram dots sprinkled across to creat a shimmering garment that sparkles under the lights.Can be worn as a dress or a skirt.
